We got lockers for books and PE, going to a six period day, sock hops in gym, co-ed PE on Fridays when the guys and girls had to dance together? Do you remember all the new people you had to interact with? How about taken a shower in PE? What about J-Teen dances? What are your memories of that time?

NEW--7/20/11--We never outgrow our youth, Part 2. When we got to high school, we had to start over at the bottom of the pile again as sophomores. Remember those "big" kids driving cars to school? Having classes with those giant juniors and seniors? How about all those sports? What about the theater arts and music departments and their productions? What do YOU remember?

I took Driver's ED and also pass my test the first time when I
was 16.

NEW--7/20/11--Remember your first accident and your first ticket? Tell us what how they happened.

Only accident I've had was in Indiana back in 2003 and that's when 2 deer crossed the highway and landed on the top of my windshield and hood. Both deer flew in the air about 50 yards and they damaged my car beyond repair.

I've had speeding tickets especially when I was driving a 1968 Pontiac Firebird 400 that I purchased new in 1968. Boy did that car want to go fast!!!

NEW--7/20/11--Remember your first wheels? What were they and how did you get them? (If you have a picture, please post one in the Photo Gallery/My First Car)

1950 Ford Sedan which I purchased from one of my older brothers. What a great car that I paid $150.00 and sold it for $700.00 2 years later. Boy do I wish I still had that car as they cost around $18,000 now for a good condition one.

NEW--7/20/11--Most of us were in class when they announced that President Kennedy had been shot. What do you remember specifically? What did you do after we were sent home that day?

I remember being in my History class when that happen and I would suppose like everyone else went home and was glued to the TV watching what happen as that was one of the sadiest day's in our countries history.

Hitting the links each day, going fishing whenever you feel like it? Maybe a new hobby like wood carving or restoring antiques? Where are you planning on going from here?

I golf, Workout, Walk alot and have traveled to 49 states and every tropical island in the world. When i retire I will go see more of the USA as there are some beautiful places in our country to see and enjoy. Will continue my mission work witnessing to homeless people thru out the USA.

I've been a President of a nationwide company. I've been a Vice President of 3 different companies. I've been a General Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, Branch Manager for other companies in my 55 year career so far in the Electrical Industry. I was able to move all over the USA to work, live & enjoy life.

Read the Bible and other books. Bible study, walk, & workout.-Witness to Homeless people and try to lead them to Our Lord Jesus Christ to get them saved!!!
